Amanda
Amanda is a fantastic Instructor. She is a qualified Biokineticist and everyone that spends time with her can immediately pick up her care for everyone around her. She is a gentle, but very effective Instructor and the results from her exercise classes are felt very quickly. Amanda has an abundance of knowledge on the human body and its anatomy and how the effects of strength training can benefit the older population. She has a fantastic sense of humour, so getting through a class with her is a fun and very enjoyable experience. Amanda is also available to those members that require a more one-on-one approach to get them to the point that they are ready and comfortable to join a group class.
Venessa
Venessa went into the health and fitness industry in 1988. This consists of teaching, coaching and mentoring clients and members in different forms of Yoga and Pilates. Having over 30 years’ experience she has a firm grasp of the functioning and capabilities of the human body. She continues to provide private sessions to students of various ages and enjoys helping students, clients and members meet their goals.
Rhode
Rhode has been in the fitness Industry for 4 years now. She has specialised in Corrective Exercise and Injury prevention. This makes her an ideal candidate to work safely with the older population. She is a kind person that makes all her members feel safe and comfortable during her classes.
Danel
Danel is a young and very smart instructor. She is a qualified Biokineticist and so she has a vast understanding of the human body and its functions and abilities. Danel is also a very friendly person who is hands on in helping our members learn each movement correctly from the start. Her classes are tough, yet manageable and effective but she will always make sure that everyone only does what they are physically able to do. Her friendly and caring personality draws people to her as they instantly feel comfortable and safe within her presence.
